Si vous êtes en retard dans le paiement de vos factures d’électricité ou de gaz naturel et si votre service va être débranché, vous pourriez être admissible à une aide financière d’urgence grâce au Programme d’aide aux impayés d’énergie (AIE). Il existe aussi des règles spéciales concernant le service à la clientèle pour les ménages à faible revenu. Vous devez répondre à certains critères pour être admissibles à ces programmes, et vous devez passer par l’un des organismes d’accueil de l’Ontario énumérés ci-dessous.
