 Hopper Foundry Input on CDM Targets.

 With due apologies for the late response, it is the position of Hopper Foundry that the CDM targets should be based on the one year of 2008.

 Our rationale for this position is that the recent recession hit in the fall of 2008, and therefore 2008 is the nearest year we have to a "normal" year, of the outlined options.
