Leave to construct natural gas transmission pipeline and associated facilities in the County of Oxford and the County of Perth

Union Gas Limited
EB-2018-0306

Union Gas Limited has applied to the Ontario Energy Board for approval to construct approximately 10.8 kilometres of natural gas transmission pipeline and associated facilities in the County of Oxford and the County of Perth.

If approved, the proposed natural gas transmission pipeline would run along the public road allowance on 41st Line from the Beachville Transmission Station in the County of Oxford to a new proposed valve site to tie into an existing pipeline located near the intersection of 41st Line and Perth-Oxford Road.

The construction of the proposed pipeline will allow Union Gas Limited to serve the growing market in the counties of Huron, Lambton, Perth, Bruce and Middlesex.

Union Gas Limited is also asking the OEB to approve the form of Temporary Land Use Agreement it offers to landowners to use their land for construction of the proposed pipeline.
