B2M Limited Partnership has applied to increase the amount it charges to transmit electricity in Ontario.
B2M Limited Partnership has applied to the Ontario Energy Board for approval of a five-year plan to set the amount it charges to transmit electricity. If the application is approved as filed, it would result in the following impacts on the monthly bill of a typical Hydro One Networks Inc. residential customer and general service customer:
|Residential Customer (using 750 kWh per month) Monthly Bill Impact||$0.02||No change||No change||No change||No change|
|General Service less than 50 kW (using 2,000 kWh per month) Monthly Bill Impact||$0.04||$0.01||$0.01||$0.01||$0.01|
Any change to the provincial transmission rate will cause a change to the delivery line on all electricity bills for all electricity customers in Ontario – both residential and business.
It is important to review the application carefully for a complete list of approvals.
