The OEB conducted a consultation on the regulatory treatment of electricity demand-side management (eDSM) programs delivered by electricity distributors that provide both local and system-wide benefits. This consultation resulted in updates to the OEB’s Non-Wires Solutions Guidelines, including a new appendix providing guidance for local eDSM programs.
