Details

The Ontario Energy Board released amendments to the Board's Electricity Reporting and Record Keeping Requirements ("RRR-Electricity") which are contained in the documents posted below. These amendments relate to the reporting requirements applicable to electricity distributors, and also include revisions to the reporting requirements for transmitters in relation to the Affiliate Relationships Code for Electricity Distributors and Transmitters (the “ARC”).
