The OEB has issued a letter which provides direction to rate-regulated entities regarding the reaccelerated investment incentive for capital cost allowance, recently enacted by the federal government.

The Market Surveillance Panel has submitted to the OEB its closing State of the Market Report for the legacy markets.

The OEB has published an update to the Open Data compiled for the calendar year 2024. Based on stakeholder feedback, this update to a subset of Open Data collected through the Reporting and Record‑keeping Requirements (RRR), reflects corrections and enhancements made since the initial 2025 release to improve data accuracy, consistency and usability while supporting the OEB’s commitment to transparency and continuous improvement of Open Data.
