The Ontario Energy Board worked with stakeholders to identify and remove regulatory barriers to CDM, to the extent possible within the scope of the Board's oversight on this issue. In April and May 2007 Board staff consulted with stakeholders to identify whether there are any remaining regulatory barriers within the control of the Board that can be addressed.

The Board has issued a letter inviting parties to participate in a number of meetings to be held across the province to discuss CDM, and in particular, regulatory barriers to CDM. Parties wishing to attend any one of the meetings should send an email to CDM@oeb.gov.on.ca. The letter also addresses the issue of cost awards. |
