The OEB has released A Roadmap for Advancing Distribution System Operator (DSO) Capabilities in Ontario, a report to the Minister of Energy and Mines. The report charts a staged, evidenced-based path to developing a DSO regulatory framework that improves the integration of distributed energy resources, with the goal of supporting timely investments, safeguarding consumer interests and driving economic growth and innovation in the province’s energy sector.
