Michael Janigan

Michael Janigan was first appointed as a Commissioner in April 2017. Mr. Janigan has extensive experience advocating for consumers’ interests, having worked at the Public Interest Advocacy Centre, in roles as Executive Director and General Counsel and as Special Counsel for Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. Mr. Janigan holds a Bachelor of Arts in science and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario. He also holds a Master of Laws from the University of London.
