The OEB proposed to issue a revised version of the Transmission System Code. The principal purpose of the proposed revised Transmission System Code was to implement the OEB’s June 8, 2004 policy decision in the Transmission System Code review proceeding (RP-2002-0120). That decision set out a principled framework for detailed revisions to the Transmission System Code. The proposed revised Transmission System Code also reflects significant improvements that clarify and in some cases modify the rights and obligations of transmitters and customers alike.
