The Board reviewed the framework governing the participation of intervenors in applications, policy consultations and other proceedings before the Board. The objective was to determine whether there are ways in which the Board’s approach to intervenors might be modified in order to better achieve the Board’s statutory objectives.

April 24, 2014	The Board has posted a letter concluding the First Phase of the Consultation to Review the Framework Governing the Participation of Intervenors in Board Proceedings (EB-2013-0301). The letter sets out amendments to the Rules of Practice and Procedure and Practice Direction on Cost Awards posted today on the Board’s website. The letter outlining these amendments has been posted in the Rules, Codes, Guidelines & Forms section of the Board’s website, with the amended documents.
