Details

The OEB received a Directive from the Minister of Energy under Section 27.1 of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 on June 18, 2003. The Directive required the OEB to review and enhance licence conditions to address the need for standardization, consistency and clarity with regards to procedures and requirements for facilitating connection of new generation facilities to distribution systems.
