The Report highlights how we protect Ontario energy consumers by helping to ensure they receive fair treatment and reliable service. It also outlines the steps the OEB takes to address consumer concerns, monitor energy company performance and take action when problems are identified. Together, these efforts strengthen compliance across the energy sector, support fair treatment of consumers and reinforce confidence in Ontario's energy system.
