The OEB has published the 2025 Scorecards of Electricity Distributors. The scorecard measures how well Ontario’s electricity distributors are performing each year. The preparation, review and publication of annual scorecards are an integral part of the ways in which the OEB actively examines distributor results and trends and follows up with utilities through its compliance, audit and rate application processes.
