Ahead of the 2027 rate application cycle, the OEB has released an updated version of its Chapter 3 Filing Requirements for Incentive Rate-setting applications that provides revised guidance on several new and existing initiatives. Key updates include new guidance on Stream 2 local electricity demand-side management programs and the Capacity Allocation Model as well as a change in the calculation of the materiality threshold for Incremental Capital Modules.
