The OEB has completed its annual review of the cost award tariff schedule under the Practice Direction on Cost Awards. Following the 2025 update to the fee schedule, the first since 2007, which aligned cost award tariffs with market rates, the OEB has determined that no changes to the tariff schedule are required at this time.
