The OEB has released updated Filing Requirements for electricity distribution and electricity transmission rate applications (Chapter 1). The electricity distribution and electricity transmission Filing Requirements clarify the requirement for when applicants are to provide a letter from the governing body certifying that it is aware of and approves the submission of the application.
