Prabhat Juneja

Prabhat Juneja is an accomplished leader with deep experience in planning, management and oversight of corporate services teams. He has a track record of building and leading diverse best-in-class operations teams focused on continuous improvement and service excellence. As Chief Corporate Services Officer, Mr. Juneja provides executive leadership to the OEB’s shared services teams, including strategy, communications, people and culture, Indigenous relations, finance and technology. 

He brings to the role expertise gained in executive positions in the electric vehicle charging industry and through executive roles in financial services and telecommunications companies. He has also served on a board for the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission and currently sits on the board of Scientists in School. 

Mr. Juneja holds an MBA specializing in finance from York University’s Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from McMaster University.
