The OEB has posted Price Comparison templates for Natural Gas Contracts for Utilities Kingston valid from May 1, 2022.

The OEB has issued a letter with its response to recommendations provided by the Regional Planning Process Advisory Group (RPPAG) to improve the regional planning process in Ontario. The letter also includes an implementation plan related to those recommendations.

The OEB is initiating a consultation related to proposed amendments to the Distribution System Code, the Electricity Retailer Code of Conduct, and the Retail Settlement Code to facilitate regulatory changes to net metering and retailing that take effect July 1, 2022.
