On August 4, 2010, the Board issued a determination (EB-2010-0218) under section 1.2.1 of the Standard Supply Service Code to mandate time-of-use pricing for regulated price plan customers. Smart Meter Deployment and Mandatory Implementation of Time-of-use Pricing - Monitoring Distributor Progress

The Board has established through the issuance of the Determination processes to monitor the progress of distributors and SME. Since most distributors have completed implementation of TOU pricing, the Board has discontinued its OEB Monthly Monitoring Reports as of September 2012. However, Distributor Monthly Filings and SME Monthly Filings will continue to be posted.
